Headspace Ad

Headspace is a mental health app accessible to anyone and everyone with multiple services, such as coaching and therapy. Intended for a quick 30-second YouTube ad, I experimented with how type and audio can influence a viewer. The strategy was to create a video to resemble the everyday person and how hectic and stressful life can be. The video then transitions to indicate how the Headspace app can benefit an individual’s mental health and bring calmness to their life.
