During my internship with the Pittsburgh Pirates, I had the opportunity to create a wide range of projects for both internal and external use. Some of the projects involved updating existing layouts with new information and imagery to be used for future games, while other projects allowed me to be more creative and come up with my own designs while still staying true to the Pirates' brand and the project requirements. I had a great experience working with the Pirates' graphic design team and expanded upon my previous knowledge of sports design.
Ticket Revenue Tracker
As a continuous project throughout my time with the Pittsburgh Pirates, I was given the task of creating a new visual for the company’s ticket revenue tracker to replace the one that’s currently in the staff’s break room. I took inspiration from the layout and aesthetic of when game tickets were physical tickets.
Holiday Cards
These were designed to send out to season ticket holders as a thank you for their time and dedication to the team throughout the season. The visuals include objects seen during the holiday time and scenery/items specific to the Pittsburgh Pirates’ team.
Three different iterations were created at different sizes: foldable print card, postcard, and email.
Social Graphics
I created various social graphics for the team to highlight different special events or information shared throughout the season.

T-Shirt Designs
At each home game, the Bucco Brigade does two T-shirt tosses with Pirates-inspired T-shirts partnered with various sponsors. I had free creative liberty to design the t-shirts and wanted to lean into more typographically heavy designs.
Email Ticket Guides
I had the responsibility of creating email ticket guides sent to subscribers to easily view and purchase tickets to events and games occuring during specific series.
