This fictional character is Mr. Shark. He is a hybrid of a shark and the Monopoly man. I took inspiration from the characteristics of the Monopoly man, such as the suit jacket and top hat, and put them on a shark's body. A base was required for the character to stand on, and it was only fitting to have him stand on his very own Monopoly board to fit the theme.
